Role description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join The Regional Development Programme at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Contracted Coach to work across our Player Development Centres, School and Community programmes in our Cambridgeshire region, this is for 20 hours per week between Monday and Friday during the day time and evenings. This is an excellent role for someone who possess the following qualifications and experiences.

Level 1 Coaching qualification with a UEFA C License/ FA Level 2 or higher in a football or above desirable.
Any other sport coaching qualifications.
Experience delivering in an education setting
Experience of coaching young players in the female game
Emergency First Aid Certificate
Safeguarding Children Certificate

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning and delivering training sessions in line with the RDP’s training philosophy.
Ensuring our players have fantastic experiences and fall in love with football.
Write end of season player progress reports
To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
