JOB TITLE: School & Colleges Coordinator, Hampshire
DEPARTMENT: Foundation
REPORTING TO: Senior Development Officer, Hampshire
JOB FUNCTION: To manage, lead and deliver on all schools and college activity within Hampshire
LOCATION: Alton College, Alton, GU34 2LX
CONTRACT: 40 hours per week, Fixed Terms (18 months).

• To manage, lead and deliver on all schools and college activity within Hampshire
• Lead on the organisation of all school and college delivery within the area
• Schedule all staffing within schools and colleges
• Maintain and manage key partnerships with schools and colleges
• Ensure pupils of all ages and abilities have the opportunity to take part in sport.
• Ensure all schools and colleges administrational duties are carried out on time
• Driver recruitment of new schools and colleges
• Plan and hold termly meetings with schools and colleges
• Plan and deliver on the recruitment of students for colleges
• Carry out break time supervisory duties as designated by Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Design and implement a termly extra-curricular syllabus for school delivery
• Organise and lead staff training opportunities for your area
• Be responsible for the welfare of young people in your care
• Represent the Foundation professionally at all times
• To undertake any Foundation activities that maybe required in addition to the role.

• To be a positive role model, creating a safe, positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage young people to succeed and develop.
• To build relationships where possible and relevant with local schools, clubs and authorities.
• To support, mentor and guide sessional workers in best practice and professionalism.

• 1st 4 Sport Level 2 FA coaching award.
• In date FA Safeguarding children & first aid certificate.
• Five GCSE’s including maths and English.
• Clean driving licence.

• 1st 4 Sport Level 3 coaching award.
• Other sports qualifications.
• A Levels, degrees and/or masters.

• Worked as part of a team.
• An understanding of working to a budget.
• An understanding of community sport.
• Working within the education sector
• Knowledge of the ‘every child matters’ framework.

• Previous experience of managing a project or team.
• Knowledge of school sports programmes and requirements.
• Knowledge of government agendas and funding streams.

The Employee must at all times carry out his/her responsibilities with due regard to Chelsea FC Foundation policies and procedures in particular Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and with regard to the Data Protection Act. The Employee must act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are in their care or attending the Company’s premises. The Employee must report any misconduct or suspected misconduct to the Safeguarding Lead.
