ROLE DESCRIPTION
Colchester United Community Foundation is a registered charity that provides high quality Sports and Education programmes to 9,000 children, young people, and adults each week from across our communities.
CUCF are looking to recruit talented coaches to work within ourHoliday Programmes (Summer, October half term, Xmas, February half term, Easter, May half term).If you are a coach or teacher looking for holiday work alongside any other work commitments, with experience and/or passion for sport and developing participants then this is an opportunity for you!
This role provides an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious coach/teacher to join our progressiveCommunity Coaching Team during the school holidays.
Applicants must have a minimum qualification to apply:
FA Introduction to Coaching Award (Or NGB level 1 equivalent)
FA Safeguarding Children Award
FA Introduction to First Aid in Football
Roles and responsibilities include planning sessions in accordance with our holiday programme syllabus, delivering as a Lead or Support Coach as part of a Coaching team and constantly reviewing your development and delivery within the organisation.

Job Purpose:To deliver high quality coaching/delivery and development within our Holiday Programmes, enabling individuals to develop their abilities, have fun and inspire and empower young people.
Are You Eligible: To be eligible for shortlisting candidates must hold the minimum Coaching Qualifications, Safeguarding and First Aid Certificates detailed above. All eligible candidates must have an enhanced DBS or be willing to complete prior to taking post.
Pay Rate:10-15 per hour dependant on experience
