Role description
RESPONSIBLE (MALE/FEMALE) TICKETING (100%)
Are you a football enthusiast, flexible, innovative and actively thinking personality, who is characterized by the ability to work in a team, initiative, strong analytical skills and a very quick comprehension? Are you happy to take on administrative, technical and customer-oriented tasks and ensure that all internal and external customers are offered an excellent, efficient and professional ticketing and sales service.
You will be responsible for all areas of ticket management and operations for the home and away games of the Swiss national teams, the Swiss Cup finals and certain AXA Women's Super League and AXA Women's Cup games. Your tasks include the entire fan experience related to ticketing, including the planning and implementation of all ticketing activities together with our partner Ticketmaster.
Your main tasks are:
Overseeing pricing, offers, ticket inventories and ticket revenue, and providing customer support on matchdays.
Assistance in capturing matches/events on Ticketmaster's platforms.
Overseeing and supporting data tracking and reporting related to SFV ticket sales.
Working closely with the ticketing partner to continuously improve the customer experience with ticketing products and technologies.
Communicating and collaborating directly with the leadership team to develop effective reports/trackers for ticket sales, improvement and revenue growth.
Further development of the various SFV products together with those responsible for marketing in order to launch innovative forms of ticketing sales.
Introduction of new ticketing strategies, processes and technologies.
You ideally have the following qualifications and characteristics:
Completed university degree (master's or bachelor's) in the fields of business administration or sports science or, alternatively, completed basic commercial training with appropriate further training
Very good knowledge of German and French
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive ticketing experience in the entertainment/sports industry (experience of working with Ticketmaster is an asset)
Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information
Skilled problem solver who knows how to use techniques and data
Excellent customer service skills
Possession of a driver's license
Willingness to work evenings and weekends for games and other events as required
Ability to prioritize in a time-bound environment
