Job Description An exciting opportunity has become available for Head Regional Scout for Shrewsbury Town Academy. The Academy is high performing with a high profile and good reputation for developing players into a first team environment. You will be joining successful and ambitious scouting team with a good reputation for talent identification and development. You must have good communication skills with a professional manor who can lead a small team of area scouts. You must be very motivated and have the desire to make a difference to achieving the academy objectives. Good knowledge of football and the mechanics of academy system would be preferred.
