Roles and Responsibilities:
● Coordinate regarding the booking of tickets for participants in courses
● Coordinate for hotel reservations for the participants in courses
● Prepare permission letters for participants in courses
● Contact the concerned parties to book football fields designated for courses
● Prepare the required equipment needed for the courses
● Supervise the referees' department warehouse
● Issue visas for participants in courses after coordination with other departments.
● Welcome participating guests in courses
● Prepare letters
● Take part in organizing activities such as courses, training camps, and workshops
● Receive and hand over referees' equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field
1 – 3 years of experience.
