Hours: Full time
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing. This role will also require extensive travel in the UK and on occasions, Europe

Help us find new talent for our Women and Girls teams
This new and exciting role will work as an integral member of the women football recruitment department in identifying both first team and academy/investment players. You will be required to attend matches and provide detailed scouting and player reports. As part of this role you will need to keep up to date with WSL and Pro Game Academy requirements.

Your scouting background
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the football industry with an identifiable track record in scouting and recruitment. You will also have an understanding of the Women Super League and Pro Game Academy requirements. It is essential that you hold an FA Talent ID Level 2 or equivalent industry relevant qualifications.
