ROLE DESCRIPTION
AS MONACO is looking for a coordinator to ensure the implementation and coordination of recruitment activities, by mobilizing the necessary resources and in this sense constitutes a guarantor of the action plans.
MISSIONS
Coordinate the different stages of the recruitment process: identification, monitoring, monitoring of talent (U12-U19);
Undertake targeted research within the talent market using the data tools available;
Organize video coverage of matches (use of EyeBall);
Create video reports (clips) on targeted players to support the decision-making process;
Creation of player clips, using video analysis software and video annotation tools;
Maintain active pre-selection lists for technical recruiting to ensure effective tracking of supervised players. Support recruiters in managing their short list;
Report and update the monitoring documents of the players and teams consulted (weekly meeting);
Monitor the talent market via information monitoring. Collect market information to support the search and recruitment process, and inform the sector recruiter and department manager;
Conduct background research and due diligence on interesting players. Conduct research work with Academy recruiters (in collaboration with the sector recruiter);
Create detailed files per player and support them in front of stakeholders;
Centralize, process and organize information on our recruitment platform;
Collaborate with the Company's data analyst and contribute to the development of new metrics and tools to support the search and recruiting process;
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the recruitment department in order to stimulate innovation and growth (R&D department, setting up a work meeting schedule);
Support the organization of various events organized by the department (courses, seminars, etc.);
And any other attribution that may relate to his function.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of how a recruitment unit works;
Excellent understanding of talent identification processes and tactical/technical knowledge of football;
Basic knowledge of the legislation surrounding the recruitment of young football players;
Perfect command of IT tools and processing software to construct media;
Capacity for synthesis and analysis;
Relational skills and ease of communication;
Flexibility.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES
Minimum 3 years of experience in an elite football environment (performance analysis and/or detection);
Experience using cutting-edge video analysis software;
Experience using data to support the discovery and recruitment process.
