ROLE DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Recruitment Analyst
DEPARTMENT: Global Scouting and Recruitment
JOB FUNCTION: To support the global scouting and recruitment department with Video/Data Analysis, player insights and any general scouting projects required to ensure world leading modern processes are in place to secure elite level talent.
LOCATION: Training ground (Cobham).
CONTRACT: Permanent. This role is full time. Due to the highly unique nature and demands of the role and in order to meet the role requirements, the post-holder will need to be extremely flexible in terms of working hours, which will include evening, weekends and bank holidays.

PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):

.

To identify, monitor and assist in recruiting players suitable to CFC.
To have the ability to utilise subjective and objective scouting data.
To contribute in providing detailed player background reports.
To collate detailed videos using high quality telestration software.
To comply with all scouting and recruitment protocols implemented by Chelsea FC.
To create and develop department presentations to an excellent standard.
Align their activities to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) outcomes.
Update positional shortlists based on position specific and regional scouts reports.

HERE TO WIN (Measures of Performance):

Success in the role will be measured upon the candidate’s proficiency to collate and interpret the subjective and objective recruitment information and deliver meaningful, insightful, snapshot presentations to inform the scouting process.

PROUD TO BE CHELSEA:

Qualifications:

BSC or equivalent qualification in a Sports Analysis or Sport Science based field.
Full UK Driving License.
FA Talent ID Level 3 (desirable)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Performance or Recruitment analysis.

Skills and Behaviours:

Proficient in the use of video telestration tools, specifically Piero/Hudl Studio.
Proficient in the use of presentation tools.
Ability to interpret data sets.
Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to see a task through to its conclusion.
Exceptional football knowledge, with the ability to apply this knowledge within the context of coaching and performance analysis.
