As HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for our casual & alternative workers recruitment lifecycle. In addition, you will be supporting with recruitment administration.
At the Club we have a variety of different worker types with various recruitment processes and needs, so someone who can grasp and flex their approach is ideal.

To support various departments across a wide range of areas with their casual and alternative worker recruitment, onboarding, and administration.
To support the HR team with administration duties ensuring that a customer focused service is always provided within a timely and efficient manner.
Casual and Alternative Worker Administration
To coordinate and attend assessment centres when required
To complete onboarding & casual worker paperwork always ensuring accuracy
Ensure casual worker trackers are up to date and any relevant systems are updated.
To work with the payroll administrator to ensure casuals are onboarded and made leavers as needed.
To liaise with managers on their casual recruitment and alternative worker requirements, supporting them through the process where needed
To support with Safer Recruitment processes where required
To support theHR & Safeguarding Compliance Administratorwith right to work checks, DBS checks and references for all alternative workers
To ensure that we are always GDPR compliant
Support with sending Recruitment Authorisation Forms for sign off, ensuring that they are updated on on the appropriate tracker
Alongside the HR team, keep the HR tracker up to date with new employee’s information including start dates and any pre-employment checks carried out
Ensuring the vacancy tracker is up to date with recruitment updates and any filled vacancies are tracked
Maintaining and posting jobs on our ATS system (iRecruit) as well as posting jobs on relevant job boards and websites
Assist with the maintenance of the HR Inbox
Cover for HR Coordinator during absence

Skills & Experience

Experience of working in an administrative support role
Experience of, or a familiarity with, the full HR/ employee lifecycle

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
