Role description

As part of a 6-month internship, the French Football Federation is looking for a Public Relations Assistant, starting in September. Reporting to the Assistant to the President and in charge of public relations, you will participate in the organization of the various VIP Partner events and you will support the service in its various daily tasks.

As such, your missions will be as follows:

1. Participation in public relations operations and events

Support the delivery of partner match rewards upstream and on the day of the match (ticketing, show dressing, entertainment);
Deploy the “partner platform” ticketing tool with partners (communication, daily management of the tool);
Provide logistical support for game-related gifts and special events.
2. Improve the experiential public relations offer

Create a range of premium products for the 2022-2023 season and anticipate the needs of special events;
Develop the premium experience on matches;
Benchmark best practices in terms of public relations (VIP events, match reception system, customer communication);
Carry out reports after each operation.

We are looking for a talent that meets the following profile:

You are a baccalaureate level student +4/+5 in events/sport management, you have a strong attraction for operations and human relations;
Organized and methodical, you are known for your ability to structure and manage projects and different priorities;
Versatile, you are able to manage stock, design dashboards or carry out rigorous budget monitoring;
You are able to work transversally with a wide variety of interlocutors;
You are force of proposal and you know how to take initiatives to advance the subjects;
Proficiency in Office Pack software is required.
Note: regular trips are to be expected and high availability is necessary depending on the news on weekends, public holidays and in the evening.
