As a Project Manager you will manage the delivery ofInfrastructure/Construction/Fit-Out/Installation projects, capital budgets, business/industry intelligence and planning to ensure that bespoke solutions are delivered for the benefit of internal and external customers within the timescales, budget and to the quality expected. Whilst leading project teams to deliver outcomes on a per project basis.

Delivery of project in line with approved KPI (budget, programme, specification)
Able to work individually or as part of a team
To develop requirements briefs in order to inform project outputs
Tender projects to ensure competitive price/quality delivery
Oversee management of projects, costs, contractual, delivery
Continually seek opportunities for improvement (commercial or operational)

What we are looking for
Essential

Track record of working in project management
Excellent control of financial modelling
Understanding of JCT contracts


Desirable

Worked in construction industry
CDM/Prince Qualified
Microsoft Project and other Microsoft apps
CAD proficient
