About the job
Al Jazira Football Academy is seeking a Program Lead to establish and nurture relationships with schools across Abu Dhabi Emirate, organizing football sessions for students. These sessions aim to identify talent, promote our programs, and enhance the Al Jazira brand image and to support other programs when required, such as the Talent Centre and Private Academy.


Key Responsibilities:

Work towards set KPIs and objectives.
Ensure compliance with school requirements for session delivery.
Lead communication with schools to schedule football sessions.
Develop a weekly schedule for school deliveries.
Manage staff support for the program.
Oversee session content delivery.
Coordinate with Talent Centre and Private Academy leads to funnel players into their programs.
Identify suitable players for Junior/Main Academy standards from schools.
Maintain high standards of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
Ensure coaching resources and equipment meet high standards.
Support project development as directed by the Junior Academy Manager.
Proactively drive program growth and development.
Adhere to club Codes of Conduct and uphold club Philosophy, Culture, Values, and Vision.
Implement safeguarding policies and procedures.


General Responsibilities:

Adhere to club policies, health and safety procedures, and safeguarding policies.
Maintain utmost professional conduct at all times.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

UEFA B License or BSc in Sport/Management.
Experience in a school environment.
Experience in talent identification.
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and technical skills relevant to the role.
Competent IT skills.


Desirable Skills:

Staff management experience.
Basic First Aid for Sport (BFAS) Certificate.
Additional language proficiency, e.g., Arabic.


Safeguarding Statement: All roles involving children require a local police check at employment commencement. Staff must adhere to our safeguarding policy.


What We Offer:

Competitive compensation: AED 14,000 to AED 18,000, based on qualifications and experience.
Location: Al Shawamekh, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Contract Term: 1 year (Season 2024/2025).
Full-time position: Minimum 35 hours per week, flexible schedule including weekends.
