Role description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and professional individual to join our busy finance team as a Procurement Officer & Finance Team Coordinator based at our Training ground in Motspur Park. You will provide the business with procurement support whilst ensuring adherence to the Company policy with regards to purchasing and in addition provide support to the finance team where required.
Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

Raise and send purchase orders from Business Central
Monitoring receipt of ordered goods
Managing relationships with suppliers
Responding to general procurement queries, internally and externally
Assisting with the administrative tasks with regards to the expenses system
Management of the supplier contracts database
Filing, distribution and general administrative support for the finance team
Other ad hoc tasks from around the business as and when required

Candidates should be proficient in using excel with high attention to detail. You will be confident at communicating with colleagues of all levels as well as being a team player with a flexible attitude to work tasks and ability to work to deadlines.
