Role description
Superstadium Management Company (SMC) have a new and exciting role to join our team as a Procurement Administrator. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers, looking to ensure deliveries are received on time and negotiating with them to agree the best prices.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar procurement or purchasing role. This will be a busy position where you will need to be self-managed, able to juggle a number of tasks at once and use your own commercial judgement and initiative.

Salary: 21k to 25k, depending on experience
Contract Type:Permanent
Hours:Full Time, 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Your key responsibilities
Raising Purchase Orders using the ERP system, ensuring that details are inputted correctly
Send copies of PO to suppliers and departments originating requests
Entering receipts into the PO system, ensuring accuracy to allow invoices to be matched and paid
Dealing with any invoice queries raised by the Accounts team
Carrying out analysis to provide reports
Researching potential new vendors
Negotiate with current and new suppliers to ensure best prices are agreed
Liaise with suppliers, as needed, confirming or changing orders
Checking invoices and contracts
Pick up additional responsibilities, when requested, to support the wider organisation
What are we looking for?
Experience in a purchasing, supply chain or audit related role (Essential)
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Essential)
Someone with a good understanding of supply chain procedures
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Sage, Oracle) would be an advantage, however full training will be provided
Strong organisational skills
Ability to negotiate and take own initiative to achieve best results for the Company
High level of accuracy in all aspects of work
Strong numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and self-motivated to achieve results
