Job Brief/ Private Academy Administrator We are looking for a Private Academy Administrator to ensure customer satisfaction along with handling administrative and financial duties of the Private Academy. He will be as well responsible for managing the Football player’s details on our Internal Database. Mandatory prerequisites for the role. Based in Abu Dhabi Fully bilingual in Arabic and English. Role and Responsibilities: Customer Care: Attend all customer inquiries. Hosting guardians and parents of the players and describing what we do. Assist parents to complete needed documents required for registration. Make sure to get the copy of the player’s EID and that the registration form is fully filled and signed by the parent. Personally fill the Registration form (to avoid missing info or bad handwriting). Try to help the customers if they have any complaints or escalate it to the academy manager. Make calls and respond to calls on the Private Academy hotline. Reply to customers' inquiries by email & WhatsApp. Update the register (data entry) daily and generate weekly and monthly reports. Handling Payments Receiving Registration / Training fee (according to the approved Price List). Full awareness of Price List & Offered discounts. Keeping record for all discounts given. Remind parents/students in case of pending payments and escalate if needed. Send the weekly report to Finance (payments and receipts). Update the payments daily. Preparing the attendance sheets. Kit Distribution & Inventory: Each new registered student is entitled to receive the academy kit. Kit should be handed over on the 2nd training day if not available at the field store. Each branch should have one sample of all uniform sizes ready to assist parents to choose the right size for their child. Update the inventory sheet and order the missing sizes in the stock. Send a monthly inventory report to the procurement department and to the academy manager. Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Finance Administration or similar position. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /or Diploma in Accounting. Key Competencies Full proficiency in Microsoft MS and advanced level in Excel. Analytical thinker, detail oriented. Accounting savvy. Knowledgeable of UAE VAT system and handy on the process of declaration and reporting excel in accounting reporting. Personal Characteristics Good interpersonal skills. Strong sense of integrity. Problem solver. Team player. Solid work ethic. Ability to work under pressure. Time Flexible.
