Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Manage and oversee the Pre-Academy operations and coaching provision

Organising comprehensive weekend, mid-week and school holiday fixture lists and activity programs. You will work closely with the coaching and recruitment department to maximise success within this age range and ensure there is a smooth induction of players into the pre-academy.

Your experience and qualifications

You will have understanding of talent identification, scouting and coaching at an academy level and an understanding of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) and the league rules – especially around development centres and the foundation phase.

You will hold the following qualifications:

Talent ID Level 2
FA Level 2 in Coaching Football
UEFA B Award
FA Safeguarding and Emergency Aid certificates
