ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Pre-Academy Goalkeeper Coaches to oversee and deliver training and games programmes for players aged between 6 and 8. Based out of one of our 6 regional centres that cater to London and the surrounding areas - you will assist with recruitment from within an hour of our Hale End training ground.
In this exciting role, you'll be entrusted to lead at least one session per week, although this can be more, depending on which centres are running and your own availability.

Your day-to-day
Devise and deliver session plans - you'll diligently create and deliver session plans and produce reports on matches as well as player performance and attendance
Manage our equipment - you will be responsible for managing our Academy equipment and you'll ensure that everything is fit for purpose
Collaborate with our centre leads - you'll work with our centre leads to identify opportunities to promote players for festivals and talent ID events
Support player recruitment - you will partner with our Academy Recruitment team and regularly provide insightful player assessments
What we are looking for
Qualified coach - you come equipped with at least a UEFA C Coaching Award and you're working towards a UEFA B GK Award
Extensive knowledge of the football industry - you possess a deep understanding of our industry and its rules and regulations governing players within it
Effective communicator - you take pride in your ability to communicate clearly with parents, players and fellow coaches
Good IT Skills - you're confident working with Microsoft Word and Excel to help support you in your role
Adept at producing reports - you've got a track record of producing insightful written and verbal reports
Excellent organisational skills - you're well versed in prioritising workloads and able to work to tight deadlines
Proud role model - you're able to persuade and influence in your role and you enjoy inspiring young players and have enthusiasm for player and staff development
Trustworthy attitude - you keep confidentiality front of mind and easily adhere to all internal and external codes of conduct
