Role description

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for Post 16 Education Activator to support its Community Trust operations at the bet365 Stadium.
Stoke City Community Trust is an independent and registered charity. Our mission is to improve the lives of children and young people through sport, physical activity, health and educational programmes.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual who will understand the importance of building excellent working relationships and working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders including Schools, Colleges and Universities.
Key Skills and Responsibilities

Delivering Post-16 Education recruitment and promotion activities within the local community, working closely with key stakeholders in the Football Education Academy, Degree Programmes, Placements, Apprenticeships and more.
Able to meet set KPI’s in relation to the role.
Work with education groups and being able to deliver advice and guidance to young people on a variety of programmes.
Play an active role in any other duties required to deliver the outcomes and targets of Stoke City Community Trust.

Possessing excellent verbal, written and presentation skills the ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and show an unquestionable enthusiasm for the role. You will display a passion for physical education, sport and health and will have experience of both delivering classroom based lessons as well as practical activities.
The positions will be offered on a full time basis including evenings, weekends, matchday fixtures and any other adhoc events. All relevant training will be provided.
