To provide all-round care and support to the first team existing and newly recruited players and coaching teams members as a trusted confidant and a first point of contact for personal queries and support.
You will be responsible for…
Arranging logistics of team travel for home and away fixtures, pre and midseason training camps in conjunction with the Club Secretary
Designing, developing, and implementing a player induction pack for newly recruited first team coaching team members and players
Being the primary point of contact for all new professional players and first team coaching arrivals
Arranging house viewings, handling lettings and agreements, house removals and the completion of relevant paperwork to ensure a smooth transition into accommodation for first team players and coaching team members.
Assisting the media, marketing and commercial department with all player appearance requests, making sure the players understand what is required of them, where they need to be and what they need to bring with them
Opening bank accounts, applying for national insurance numbers, and arranging insurance (health, vehicle, home, etc.) for first team players and coaching team members
Coordinating player merchandising signing sessions where required
Supporting first team players and coaching staff in sourcing vehicles, helping to arrange meetings and collections
Liaising with the Club Secretary and HR department to assist with HR requirements on checking eligibility to work and live in the UK
Working with the Academy Head of Education to assist in sourcing schools for the children of first team players and coaching team members.
Working with Academy Admin and Operations department to assist in the transition for Academy players into the first team environment
Dealing with ticketing requests for players for both home and away matches and be the point of call on a home match day for the friends and family of the players and coaching staff
Developing a network of contacts who can be on hand 24/7 if needed, such as estate agents, car suppliers, food providers, entertainment, travel companies
Helping ensuring the smooth transition into local life for the family of first team players and coaching team looking to build relationships with local organisations and establishments to aid with this
Co-ordinate with National teams to make sure smooth return to Club duties
Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager
Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
