Job Title: Player Care Officer – Girls’ Academy

Hours: 22 hour per week over 3 days
Location: American Express Elite Performance Centre, Lancing

What does the role of a Player Care Officer involve?
This is a role that sits within the heart of the Girls’ Academy chaperoning players through their journey with the club. You will ensure young people in our environment receive a high level of support off the pitch. You will develop professional relationships with Girls’ Academy players, staff, parents/carers and representatives, acting as a point of contact for queries and assistance.
 
About you
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrable experience of being an active champion of a Safeguarding culture and understand the importance of multi-agency approach to Safeguarding. It is essential that you understand the developmental, emotional, social, and educational issues of children and young people.
