All India Football Federation is looking for an experienced Team Physiotherapists to manage the India U-16 & U-23 National Teams. Selected candidate will assist the respective team’s training programs and managing the team’s training/match activities to help create a competitive and winning team.

Key Deliverables
# 1 Facilitate timely rehabilitation for injured athletes, monitor recovery plans and return to sport outcomes consistent with evidence established protocols. 2 Facilitate the collection of athlete specific information, including the monitoring and evaluation of injury and return to sport data longitudinally, monitor injury status and its impact on performance. 3 Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records and, respecting individual athlete confidentiality 4 Facilitate the collection of athlete specific information, including the monitoring and evaluation of injury and return to sport data longitudinally, monitor injury status and its impact on performance. Ensure that all physiotherapy treatment records are maintained on the IIS Athlete Management System. Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure seamless flow of communication 5 Facilitate a multi-disciplinary team approach to injury management and prevention. Develop and monitor physiotherapy interventions in line with technical demands and specific skill requirements relevant to the varying disciplines within the sport. 6 Facilitate a multi-disciplinary team approach to injury management and prevention. Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy - essential
Experience working in sport - minimum 2 Years essential.
Evidence of deep knowledge of athlete screening, injury profiling and injury management pathways within an elite athlete population essential
Evidence of working with junior and/or senior national level athletes essential Working with multiple sports desirable
Working in a recognized sports and/or high-performance institute environment within a multi- disciplinary team desirable
