ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a physical trainer with responsibility for FC Midtjylland's two oldest academy teams, who are among the country's leaders in their respective years.

ROLE
Responsible physical trainer for U17-U19 as well as being the primary physical trainer for U19
Participate in the transition from U15 to U17
PRIMARY TASKS
Periodization and implementation of football training aimed at FCM's desired style of play
Periodization and execution of physical training on and off the pitch, including strength training aimed at FCM's desired playing style
Development and implementation of individual, physical development plans for accelerated individual development
Monitoring training data
Conducting physical tests
Actively contribute to our training culture, club culture and family club values
Participation in the running of matches
Interdisciplinary collaboration with the coaching team, physiotherapists, dietitians, mental trainers etc.
Support the physical training at U13-15 - including especially the transition from U15 to U17
Participate in and develop a common thread for physical training from the Gold Mine to the Superliga
PROFILE
Candidate in sports, MSc Sport Science or equivalent
Advantageous with experience from an academy setup
Proactive, hardworking and high professional standards
Team player
STARTUP
April-June 2024.

PAY
Salary is agreed according to qualifications.
