Norwich City Football Club is excited to be recruiting a Physical Performance Coach. The successful candidate will assist in the operational delivery of physical performance support services to the Club’s Academy.
The role will be based at the Club’s training ground (Lotus Training Centre) and will require attendance on Academy training days as well as match day responsibilities, both home and away, as required.
We are looking for someone who is an exceptional team player, and who has a calm and flexible approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate should have experience working in elite sport and understand the level of commitment and proficiency required and has displayed this consistently in their previous roles.

Undergraduate degree in a Sport Science related subject.
BASES accreditation, or evidenced ability to obtain this within six months.
Recognised strength and conditioning qualification e.g. NSCA, CSCS, UKSCA, or evidenced ability to obtain this within six months.
Live First Aid Certificate (IFAS)
Postgraduate degree in a Sport Science or a related discipline.
