WithinLaLiga'sPeople Management Department, we are temporarily looking for a new colleague to join asa Personnel Administration and Labor Relations Technicianon apart-time basis in the morning.
Advise and monitor the administrative and RRLL (payroll) processes that affect all national personnel (contracts, registrations and terminations, modification of working hours, insurance, benefits, leave of absence, IT, permits, taxes, requirements management, etc.)
Review of the complete cycle of payroll and taxes.
Management of monthly payroll incidents.
Management of the cycle of hiring and dismissal of employees (contracts, settlements, modifications).
Resolution of queries to employees.
Management of disabilities, permits.
Management of social benefits.
Contact with suppliers and public bodies, inspections and audits.
Updating of employee databases.
Reporting linked to the People Management area.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience working in multinational environments, being essential knowledge at the labor/payroll level at the national level and highly valued at the international level.
Training: Degree in Law or Labor Relations.
Having a high level of English (at least B2) is highly valued
Advanced command of Excel is essential.
Essential training in payroll, social security and personal income tax.
Valuable previous experience working with SuccessFactors.
Possibility of practically immediate incorporation.
High team work capacity.
Good level of Communication.
Partial working day in the mornings, Monday to Friday (reference hours 09:00 to 13:00).
Initial temporary contract (long term).
