We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, hardworking Personal Executive Housekeeper to join our business and perform a key role within Nottingham Forest Football Club.
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper with the ability to attend our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The position will support Executive role-holders within the Club.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and hoovering. Assisting the day to day running and working in all areas of the laundry (washing, ironing, pressing, sorting, spot cleaning and dry cleaning). Attending day to day requirements for the Principle and making their environment as comfortable as possible. Providing an exceptional standard of service to the family and their guests. Upkeep of high housekeeping standards and circulating throughout the property and outside to ensure that all standards and operational flows are well maintained. Care of bedroom suites, changing beds and replenishing linen. Trip planning and packing/unpacking for the Principal/s. Running errands. Managing waste, recycling, and collections. Manage any contractors in house/dealing with deliveries. Notify Principal/s of any damages, deficits, and disturbances. Communicate with professionalism and patience at all times. Check stocking levels of all consumables and order/replace when appropriate. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Responds timely to guests special requests, e.g., extra towels. Responding to any other ad hoc duties as required a high level of flexibility is required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper. Highly responsible, reliable, and punctual. Excellent organisational skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Structured and strategic with time. Proactive and able to work with the supervision while also independently on own initiative. Trustworthy. Friendly. Good people skills communicating and listening well, being collaborative and discreet. Valid UK driving licence. Prioritisation and time management skills. Knowledge of English language. Closing Date: 29th August 2023 Interviews to be carried out w/c 4th September 2023
