We are CD Castellón, a historic Spanish football club, which competes in the 3rd division of Spanish football, Primera RFEF.
We proudly celebrated our centenary in 2022 and, in parallel, under the new owner Bob Voulgaris, we have set ambitious plans for our future as a La Liga team.

About the role
Are you a dynamic person and do you know Castellón and its surroundings perfectly? Do you have the experience and availability to assist our President and executive team in the daily organisation and management of their personal travel and agendas?
In this role, you will be the "first point of contact" for the executive, communicating effectively, both in writing and verbally, with senior contacts and stakeholders, internally and externally through phone, mail, Slack and WhatsApp.
Main responsibilities
● You will be responsible for the calendar of the President and senior executives in institutional visits, ensuring the most effective use of time and providing all relevant documentation prior to meetings or events.
● On their behalf, you will organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes as needed, which will be in English.
● You will help plan, facilitate and manage events.
●You will organise and coordinate all accommodation and travel arrangements for the President and the CEOs, compiling all necessary itineraries and documents, and you'll make sure everything is ready for their travels. This will include hotel bookings, transport, restaurants, etc. and the administrative tasks of coordinating, preparing and submitting executive expenditures on its behalf, verifying, coding, and authorising invoices where appropriate.
● In addition to the above, you will provide administrative support in personal matters and proceedings in the Valencian Community.
About You
● Experience as an assistant to C-level executives
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish, in a bilingual way
● Experience in managing complex calendars
● Experience in organising frequent trips
●Technological skills in collaborative work tools, including the use of online/digital technologies
● Strong project management and planning skills.
