Post Title:                                                         Performance Management Partner
 
Role Status:                                                     Full time (35 hours), 12-month Fixed Term Contract
                                                                                                                       
Organisational Base:                                    Home Based, in the Greater London area
 
Reporting To:                                                 National Operations Manager – Employability
 
Salary:                                                              Band 4 £29,435 - £35,525 - plus benefits package plus benefits package
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Management Partner to join our team. The Performance Management Partner will play a pivotal role in providing management and direction to the ‘training ground project’, ensuring its success and impact in the Greater London region.

Regular regional travel is a feature of the role and occasional evening and weekend working including some overnight stays.
