THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a collaborative and proactive Performance Coach at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

THE PERSON

Come and join our team as a Performance Coach!

The ideal candidate will have experience of developing detailed programmes for elite athletes. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Performance Coach, you will be expected to:

Align all strength and conditioning provision to the philosophical approach and processes of the human performance department (HPD).
Accurately plan and programme all delivery sessions, so it is clear and visible to all staff within the HPD what work players are completing. Utilise relevant club systems to audit and track player progression, aligning clearly to the processes of the HPD.
