Performance Analyst – U19 National Team (M/F/X)
THIS WILL BE YOUR JOB
As a performance analyst U19 you are part of the technical staff of the U19 Belgian National Team. You fulfill a supporting role that is aimed at providing sports technical analyzes in relation to the development of player and team. You are also responsible for supplying and analyzing the video images of all training sessions and matches of the U19 team.
Your duties include the following:
You analyze all training sessions and matches of the U19 National team;
You are responsible for providing analysis focused on team tactical principles as well as analysis focused on the individual;
You are able to deliver tactical and individual feedback sessions;
You familiarize yourself with the KBVB working method and analysis structure and apply it specifically within your analysis work;
You master the use of HUDL Sportscode or are able to learn it in the short term;
You are responsible for supplying (filming yourself if necessary) video images of every training and match of the U19 National team.
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS PROFILE?
You already have some experience as an analyst in a similar position;
You are a good organizer and you keep an overview at all times. You can also continue to function efficiently and effectively under pressure;
You look critically at existing processes and tools, are open to feedback and work together with the technical staff of the U19 team to create an optimal environment for players and team;
You have the necessary technical aptitude and knowledge and you master the use of analysis software (HUDL Sportscode) or are willing and able to master it in the short term;
You are able to free up +/- 40 days a year to experience training and competition internships together with the team;
You are in possession of a driving license B.
Your language skills
You have a perfect command of Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other national language. A good knowledge of English is a plus;
You are always looking for solutions and you work proactively and customer-oriented;
You have a flexible attitude when performing your tasks in various technical areas;
You attach great importance to service and integrity;
It is obvious to you that you closely follow the latest technology developments in your field.
