An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Analyst (Casual) to join the Academy at Queens Park Rangers Football Club.

Reporting to the Lead Academy Performance Analyst/ Head of Integrated Performance, the post holder will lead the Performance Analysis provision for Schoolboy players and staff at the Academy with a focus on the U15 & U16 squads. The role will include capturing, analysing & presenting match and/or training footage/data to provide specific, performance-related feedback to players, coaches, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:



· To capture Academy schoolboy training & matches to provide players with relevant video to support the development of individual players as well as the Academy game model.
· To produce, deliver and contribute to the delivery of relevant pre, live and post-match analysis, as well as relevant training analysis for individuals, units and teams within the Academy Schoolboys with a particular focus on U15 & U16 squads.
· To collect and visualise relevant performance data and KPIs to support the tracking, monitoring, development and benchmarking of individual players as well as the Academy game model.
· Attend all appropriate review/planning meetings (Team, MDT, Performance etc) in order to proactively contribute to the overall management of the environment, players, AOB and general day to day scheduling.
· Work closely with members of the Performance & Football Departments to Identify and develop projects that drive impact to individual players as well as the club and department as a whole, through the use of video and data.

The ideal candidate will require:

· A Degree in Sport Science, Coaching, Performance Analysis or related discipline. (Essential)

· FA/UEFA Coaching Qualifications. (Desirable)
