This is an exciting time at Newcastle United as we look for talented individuals to help us on our journey. To help us deliver on our ambitious plans we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to join us on a fixed term basis.
Working as part of our People and Talent leadership team, under the guidance of the Director of People and Talent, you will lead and progress strategic People Talent and business projects.
You will drive continuous improvement and positive organisational change, ensuring consistency with the People Talent strategy.
You will be a naturally collaborative person, who has strong influencing skills and be exceptionally organised, completing priorities at pace. You will have experience of managing HR Operations Policy and Processes, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to policy development. You will also have experience of job evaluation and job evaluation systems.
You will have a degree level qualification in HR, or a related discipline and it is desirable if you have a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, but this isn’t a deal breaker.
