ROLE DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPLE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the People Manager with administration tasks, including onboarding offboarding of employees.
Taking accurate meeting notes and producing ad hoc letters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the club,
Provide comprehensive and efficient administration, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency withing the department.
Managing day to day queries, and ensuring all emails are actioned within a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and systems.
Assist in the management of DBS applications
Accurately maintaining employee data held on the HR system,
Managing the induction process for new starters
Assist with the recruitment lifecycle support the interview process.
