This is a full-time role where our People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting all human resources operations to ensure employees have what they need when they need it. ROLE & RESPONSIBILIITES:· Share in our mission. · Support and help cultivate a collaborative, diverse, equitable, inclusive, & high-performing Club· Manage executive calendars to seamlessly coordinate meeting schedules · Maintain HRIS data integrity by processing new hires, status changes, and separations ensuring all systems are accurate and up to date; periodically conduct HRIS data audits · Update and maintain employee directory and org chart; notifying tech support and payroll/accounting firm of changes · Update job posting boards and coordinate candidates with hiring managers, communicate status updates, schedule interviews, and prep offer letters· Conduct background and reference checks for top candidates· Warmly, welcome new hires and assist with onboarding process, including new hire forms, HRIS data entry, and benefits enrollment· Assist with benefit administration and invoice reconciliation· Coordinate mandatory and team training scheduling and track completion· Review entry of hours worked for all non-exempt employees. Follow-up, as applicable, with employees and supervisors · Track and enter payroll changes (e.g. 401(k) deferrals, employee status changes) · Manage employee records (organize and keep current)· Help organize culture building initiatives, employee socials & events · Handle general administrative tasks, such as scanning/filing, distributing mail, food orders for executive meetings, et al· Respond to general requests for information & escalate complex inquiries· Other responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve. QUALIFIED?· High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred· 4+ years’ experience in human resources required· Utmost integrity and discretion handling sensitive and confidential information· General understanding of California labor laws· Available for game day and other events (often outside of traditional business hours).
