Background
The Peel Halton Soccer Association is a not-for-profit corporation comprised of a community of clubs, leagues,
players, administrators, coaches and volunteers. Our mission is to provide opportunities for any person in Peel
Halton to participate in organized soccer and Futsal in any role of their choosing and to assist all participants in
reaching their potential within a well-managed, cooperative and progressive soccer environment.
Reporting to the Vice President and working under the League Administrator, the successful candidate will
bring strong customer service skills, coupled with administrative experience to serve the membership of the
District. Attention to detail will be an integral part of this position.
Summary
Answer and reply to telephone calls and emails.
Manage receipt, administration and control of all submitted game sheets.
Identify protests and discipline noted on game sheets and refer to the Case Manager.
Participate as a Convenor for DPHDL Festival Hubs
May participate in offsite events when required.
Process and assist League Administrator with administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain working relationships with office staff, members and Ontario Soccer where
required
Develop and organize print material for youth participants
Assist in social media development and communication.
Other duties as arise and assigned.
Qualifications
Customer service oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Strong social media knowledge, Excel, Outlook and other industry tools.
Photography skills is essential.
Highly organized and flexible with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
Ability to work beyond assigned hours.
Can work effectively with office staff and Board of Directors
