Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri with flexible start and finish times

Criminal Record Check: Enhanced with Child Barred List

Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)

Your next role

In this role you’ll manage and develop existing and future funded projects within Saints Foundation Pathways area of work. This includes establishing a clear strategic plan for our programmes, which will meet local need and deliver against Saints Foundations Theory of Change framework.  Current programmes include Premier League Kicks, Saints Switching Play and Saints Restart.

The Pathways Project Manager will work closely with relevant funders, in order to stay updated with project developments, and will ensure all Pathways projects are delivered in accordance with their annual delivery plan.

You’ll also provide effective and inspiring line management to Pathways project staff to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver their work and that sessions are delivered to the highest standard.

Person Specification:

Have an excellent understanding of the criminal justice system in Southampton for both adults and young people.
Experience of developing partnerships at all levels across sector specific partners, to collaboratively deliver needs driven projects.
Hold extensive experience in leading a team of full-time and casual staff.
Experience of successfully delivering community-based projects, that is demonstrated through the achievement of KPIs and Outcomes.
Hold a degree in a relevant subject area and or hold or be working towards a project management qualification.
