They provide a framework for how we work and engage with partners, suppliers and, most importantly, our fans.     About the opportunity: We are extremely excited to be searching for a Partnership Proposition and Performance Lead who will join us in supporting our partnership proposition, sales support and intelligence based selling strategy, to help secure increased revenue through commercial partnerships as we embark on a significant chapter within the history of Everton Football Club. 
As Partnership Proposition and Performance Lead you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional partnership sales propositions, from strategy and conceptualisation to final stage delivery of processes and collateral that can be used to secure increasing partnership revenues.   A key focus for the role will be supporting and harnessing the sales outreach across business categories and geographical territories identified, and creating a passionate enthusiastic culture across the sales team with the understanding of what is needed to ensure consistent revenue growth across the Club.  
You will have strong communication skills, and be able to operate in a collaborative manner to build rapport with wider stakeholders,  allowing you to utilise resource from both within your immediate team and across the Club, including commercial research tools, commercial design resources, data & insights, marketing, and the wider commercial team to manage and coordinate all the raw data available to build compelling materials that support the Club in securing additional commercial partners.

You will have exceptional organisational skills with an ability to influence positive action and results across a talented team of people.  What’s essential is experience of creating compelling sales narratives, with the ability to bring commercial partnerships to life with both the use of data and creative concepts.
