The successful candidate will be a key member of the Partnerships Operations Team. They will be fundamentally involved in the delivery of Partner Contracted rights for MCFC and MCWFC.

The aim is to support best-in-class execution across all assets by establishing effective ways of working with the sales and relationship teams.

Your Impact

Work closely with the match day ticketing and hospitality team to fulfil all Partner contracted and non-contracted ticketing requirements.
To assist in the delivery of all Partner branding, updating relevant documents to keep track of inventory.
Be responsible for the planning, execution and review of any Partner Launches and Prospect meetings which will take place in Manchester.
Support and lead where appropriate assist the team in the planning and delivery of Partner non-MD events.
To be a part of the match day operations team, including planning and delivery of Partner activation; Blue Carpet; Pitch side rights; pitch branding refresh, ticket collects, and any other duties required.
To support other areas of work within the Operations team responsibilities as and when required. The role will have flexibility in shifting focus, if required, to take responsibility of other areas of work within the remit of the operations team.

What we are looking for

Experience in a sports entity/agency/rights holder working in sports marketing, sponsorship activation or club operations linked to partnerships
Experience in partner rights execution and delivery
Events organisation
Corporate level client service skills
MS Office user level knowledge
Languages: English essential
Commitment to working match days as and when required.

Match day operations
Experience with corporate management systems at a user level (CRM, ERP)
Languages: knowledge ofother languages is a plus
