Our Organisation

The Football Association [The FA] is the not-for-profit governing body of football in England. It is responsible for promoting and developing every level of the game, from grassroots through to the professional game, and generates significant revenue to support investment into English football each year.

The FA oversees England international teams acrossmen's, women's, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, Barclays FA Women's Super League, FAWomen's Championship, and Vitality Women's FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park,all with a purpose to Unite the Game and Inspire the Nation.

The Role

Provide support to the Commercial Partnerships Team, with specific focus on key accounts relating to FA Competitions/WSL commercial partners. Deliver a range of contractual rights seamlessly and provide project/event support to multiple partners. Day to day administrative support to the Commercial Partnerships Team as required.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop the relationship with key FA partner personnel and FA internal teams, liaising with them on a regular basis to ensure efficient and effective lines of communication between our partners and The FA.
Ensure seamless delivery of contractual rights relating to tickets, hospitality, trophy appearances, talent appearances, matchday branding and activations, events and more.
Carry out recces and attend events and matches at Wembley Stadium and around the country to deliver hospitality, matchday rights and a variety of sponsor related activations and events.
Support the Head of Commercial Partnerships, Senior Partnership Managers and Partnership Managers as required in delivering campaigns/projects for a range of FA partners.
Administration support to the team including raising POs, invoices, booking hotels and travel, coordinating calendars and team documents on the shared drive, kit and merchandise orders, booking team away days, meetings and catering, guest registration, couriers and deliveries.
Work collaboratively as a key part of the team in supporting an efficient and seamless service to our partners.
Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.

What we are looking for:

Good understanding of the sports industry in general and the football industry in particular.
Experience of supporting and co-ordinating activations and events within live, high profile sport.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and improve.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain organised whilst being agile in a fast-paced environment, whilst managing a large workload.
Strong numeracy skills.

Please be aware that unless you are on ahomebased contract, your contract with The FA will specify a fixed location of either Wembley Stadium, St. George's Park or our Processing Centre.
We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
