Role description

A rare opportunity has arisen for a part time Administration Assistant within our Commercial team at Middlesbrough Football Club. Based at the Riverside Stadium, the role will primarily involve coordinating the delivery of the clubs local business partner programme, ensuring that our partners receive appropriate and timely communications, providing benefits of packages and implementing an effective booking and delivery system.
The Role will include:

Working closely with the Hospitality team to arrange client hospitality provisions
Managing the client booking process for match tickets in collaboration with the Ticketing Department
Ensuring that any LED advertising artwork is provided to the Partnerships Account Executive with correct specifications and within deadlines
Providing the Communications Department with client adverts for matchday programmes
Supporting the Events team in creating and delivering 2 networking events per season and co-ordinating invitations with clients
Ensuring that all new clients are provided with the appropriate package information and passed to the Partnerships Account Executive
Working with the Accounts Department to ensure that all client payments are made on time and up to date
Ensuring regular and effective communications with clients
From time to time, act as host to clients on matchdays (weekends/evenings), as required

Candidates should:

Have extensive experience in sales administration, preferably in a sports environment, with familiarity of match and non-match sales processes and systems.
Be able to demonstrate meticulous organisational skills
Have experience of working across multiple and complex projects
Be able to work under pressure, deliver to tight deadlines and with a high level of accuracy
Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as good time management skills
Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
Be professional and adept at managing and resolving customer service issues involving cross functional activities
Be eligible to work in the UK
