The Organisation

Gloucestershire FA is the not-for-profit governing body of football in the County. We grow participation, promote diversity and enable football to thrive so that everyone can participate in a safe & inclusive environment. With over 600 Clubs and 2,400 teams of all ages and abilities playing in the County, Gloucestershire FA is proud to support Football For All.

Our staff are a friendly and inclusive team and as an organisation, we promote the health, well-being and development of our colleagues. We have a hybrid flexible working environment that enables staff to work from the office as well as offering the flexibility of working remotely from time to time.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a person with a football or sports development background to join the team at Gloucestershire FA in a leadership role. You will support the development of the grassroots game across the County and lead the development and growth of women’s and girls’ football participation. We are looking for a person with enthusiasm, energy and a passion for sport who can engage with and support both the professional and volunteer workforce.
