ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic part-time soccer coaches to join our coaching team at Tai Tam Tigers Football Academy for our next school year, starting in August 2024.

Responsibilities include planning and leading soccer practices, developing game strategies, and coaching teams during games. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and feedback to players.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead soccer practices
Develop game strategies and tactics
Coach teams during games
Provide guidance and feedback to players
Create a positive and supportive team environment
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches
Attend team meetings and other required events
Ensure safety of all players during practices and games
Collection and supervision of students l

Requirements:

Previous coaching experience preferred
Strong soccer knowledge and skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire players
Availability to work evenings and weekends
First Aid Certification
