Role description

The Kleinburg Nobleton Soccer Club has opportunities for student coaches to assist with coaching recreational teams, events and other projects throughout our Outdoor 2023 season! This is a great opportunity for those who would like to commence their coaching journey in a positive and fun environment!
Responsibilities: Coach U3-U6 squads and/or U8-U12 teams Lead training sessions in accordance with KNSC practice session plans Create fun and positive environment for all participants Other duties as required
Qualifications: Previous experience working with children and young adults is preferred. Previous soccer experience (playing/coaching) is considered an asset. Grassroots coaching certifications: Active Start/Fundamentals/Learn to Train Independent transportation (preferred)
Skills: Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills able to communicate effectively with young children and parents. Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Work Schedule:All positions are required to be available to work: Monday - Thursday evenings 5:00 p.m. 8 p.m.and Saturday mornings 8:30 a.m. 1 p.m. Part time (15 hours/week) Mandatory Club Events: Sunday June 4th and Saturday August 19th 2023 Summer Camps available for extra hours
Pay:All positions will be paid at a competitive hourly rate.Coach development training will be provided by KNSC Technical Staff
