We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Paid Media Manager on a 12-month contract. You will be the Clubs go to expert, responsible for working with the club`s agency to develop the paid media strategy for club and partner campaigns. You`ll work closely with the marketing campaign, media, and partnership teams to oversee the creation of paid campaigns across a wide range of performance channels including paid search (PPC), paid social and display ads.What will you be doing?-Manage the club`s agency for paid search, paid social and display campaigns with an anticipated budget of £250K+.-Oversee the development of campaigns across multiple paid searches, paid social and display platforms.-Develop and then oversee the implementation of Paid Search, Display Advertising, and Re-marketing strategies.-Use insights to ensure the agency reacts and improves results daily, weekly, and monthly.-Monitor and drive key metrics, including revenue, CPA, and impression share.-Ensure campaigns are optimised to agreed targets.-Managing performance media spend to ensure optimum campaign performance.-Reporting and analysis to show impact of work and on effectiveness of paid media campaigns and identify ways to improve cost per acquisition.-Liaise with designers or developers to optimise landing pages for optimum quality scores and create branding of banners etc for key data capture.-Guide creative campaigns to improve ad performance and quality CTRs across desktop and mobile using platform knowledge and best practice.-Working across multiple stakeholders in the Club including but not limited to, Marketing Campaign, social media, Content, Partnership, and Insights.-Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure that the organisation remains well positioned amongst competitors and monitor web analytics in accordance with internal goals.-Develop a club and partner-wide paid media plan and be responsible for the on-going management of its delivery, including how the paid element of campaigns run across organic, boosted and paid for, working with stakeholders to recommend approach.-Develop close working relationships with all in-house stakeholders and external platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, MS Bing, and Google etc.-Work closely with the Marketing and Ad Ops teams to develop opportunities to integrated paid activity with on platform campaigns.Who are we looking for?To be successful, you will have a proven track record within a Paid Media role either at an agency or brand side. You are somebody who can demonstrate your experience in managing campaigns across performance channels including, PPC, and social media. You have a solid understanding of digital advertising and building paid media campaigns, including placement of pixels, custom audience creation and sales tracking, to demonstrate direct campaign ROI. You will have previous experience of reporting with Google Analytics and social paid platform reporting suites and an understanding of Display or Content Network Management.You will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of each platform`s advertising formats and features and an avid interest in exploring new formats and ways to engage audiences. You`ll have advanced excel skills and a strong understanding of the impact of paid media on consumer behaviour and how it drives engagement through to acquisition and retention. You will need a good understanding of data processing, regulations, and the implications of GDPR and experience of budgeting and financial planning.You will be organised, comfortable in presenting and have solid project management skills along with strong communication skills and ability to communicate plans is essential.
