Position: The Office Manager is part of the Human Resources Department for Minnesota United Football Club (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America. Job Description:We are looking for a rock star Office Manager who is excited to oversee our Golden Valley office. This is an opportunity to make an impact on the day-to-day operations as well as help creatively further our MNUFC Club culture. In this role, you will focus on operational responsibilities with the goal of keeping the employees and visitors happy and the workplace running smoothly. You will report to the Sr. Director of Culture & Talent Management, work closely with the Executive Team, and collaborate with all other internal departments. As the Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
Managing inventory and stock levels of office supplies; placing orders as necessary 
Receiving, sorting, and dispersing incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
Receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring they are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel, answering and directing telephone calls
Partnering with HR in the development of office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
Maintaining organization of the office space, including ensuring adherence to office cleanliness polices
Liaising with facility management vendors, including property manager, cleaning, and security services
Supporting in-house or off-site activities, like employee lunches, social gatherings, celebrations etc.
Assisting with office layout planning, and storage management
Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements
Providing other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings and coordinating booking requests for common areas
Expense management through Concur software
All other duties as assigned based on business needs
Support HR with new hire orientations and office tours

Your experience might look like:
At least 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager with knowledge of administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, etc.
Professional experience with maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
This role requires a high level of trust and managing delicate and sensitive information
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
