ROLE DESCRIPTION
Scope:
Head Coach Club Competitive Teams U13 to U17 and/or the U19+ team
Design and implement the Teams yearly objectives and evaluation modules according to the club technical manual
Design and implement the session plan for the assigned teams.
Maintain a strong relationship with the team members players and parents to ensure the continuity of the team until U19 age
Participate in Upgrading the Current Technical Training Program for the Recreation, the Competitive and the High-Performance Programs and align it with the Club strategic Objectives.
Help in Recruitment, Training, Development and Evaluation of Coaching and Volunteers.
Establish structured mid-season player evaluations and try-outs.
Promote the ongoing Professional Development of all Coaches. Create a culture of on-going Coach Education Report submitted to the BOD Quarterly.
Knowledge of the Canadian Soccer and the Ontario Soccer Landscape and the opportunities it presents to ISC.
Assist in Monitoring compliance of Club curriculum with Canada Soccer Pathway guidelines.
Qualification
National A or B Soccer Coaching License or international equivalent, National A would be preferred.
University, College graduate with/and/or sports-related degree with equivalent experience would be an asset.

Successful track record of Coaching Experience
