Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is an English Premier League Club, based in North London.

Led by the late great Bill Nicholson, the Club became the first in England to win the League and FA Cup Double in 1961, and the first in the UK to win a European Trophy two years later. Spurs has since been home to some of the game great entertainers, including Jimmy Greaves, Glenn Hoddle, Paul Gascoigne, David Ginola, Gareth Bale, Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane.

In April 2019, the Club opened an iconic new stadium that sits at the heart of a 1billion sport-led regeneration of North Tottenham. The stadium is the largest football club stadium in London and is a multi-use venue with the ability to host a variety of events 365 days a year, including NFL, boxing, rugby, concerts, and other major events, plus visitor attractions including Stadium Tours and the Dare Skywalk.

The stadium development scheme has to date created more than 4,000 new jobs for local people, with circa 300m pumped into the local economy each year.

The Club is looking for an ambitious marketing professional to support the management of our One Hotspur Membership database. You will also be required to manage the acquisitions renewal campaigns and report on analytics and delivery of all member benefits.

Embedded within the Memberships and Subscriptions team, this role is based at the Club Headquarters in Lilywhite House, Tottenham, North London.


Key Responsibilities:


Work alongside the Membership Executive to manage all web content for Membership pages on THFC.com and support the Ticket Office with updates on e-ticketing (membership ecommerce platform).
Support the Senior Manager on renewal and acquisition strategy throughout the season.
Drive brand awareness, recognition, and participation in our One Hotspur Moments rewards program.
Working with Partners and 3rdparties to execute members discount and offers.
Manage MS weekly dashboard, pulling in data from our CRM and analytics team to feedback on what is working within our marketing ecosystem, to help drive key targets.
Work with Supporters Club Manager to deliver initiatives to capture first party data of Supporters Club Members and track and report on the performance of these initiatives.
Event Management support on One Hotspur Moments and Supporters’ Club events, both physical and digital.

Skills And Experience:


Strong Data management, analytical and reportingand excellent use of Microsoft Excel
Subscription and/or sports industry experience is desirable.
Event management experience – physical and/or digital events
Strong copywriting skills
Agency experience not essential but desirable
Excellent communication skills
Digital and analytical skills.
Experience in digital acquisition, online community management and subscription marketing is advantageous.
