Who are we: We are Everton Football Club, and we are icons of world football. As one of the bastions of the global game, with a rich and successful history.
With a proud and illustrious past, the Club is currently embarking on a new and exciting journey with the construction of our new Everton stadium on the banks of the River Mersey. The largest single area development site in the UK. We’re breaking ground with more than our iconic build; the exciting development presents a revolutionary re-set of traditional football hospitality known as ‘ALL’.
Over the past 12 months, the demand for ALL Bars, Restaurants and Experiences has enjoyed overwhelming success with memberships now secured by individuals and businesses who are excited to commence their journey to Everton Stadium.
About the opportunity: As our growth continues, we are now searching for an ALL Membership Engagement Lead to join our team of passionate and driven commercial professionals, overseeing client relations journey to Everton Stadium during an exciting era for Everton Football Club.
With a passion and proven success in delivering exceptional service within a membership environment, you will have a unique opportunity to develop, plan and deliver the member engagement strategy for Everton’s New Stadium members, shaping the planning and implementation of a best-in-class member experience from post-sale through to the opening of the new stadium for the purchasers of ALL bars, restaurants and experiences.
You will be a key part of this new stadium project, responsible for leading and developing the successful member onboarding journey with clearly defined and personal touch points and collaborating with internal marketing teams on the development of membership plans – including content/communication plans, systems solutions and membership package details.
Not only will you get to be a part of something special, but you will also play a fundamental role in ensuring that we exceed expectations on our journey to our new home.
Who we’re looking for: We are looking for talented, service focussed, client relations professional who is not only hardworking, and results driven but can shape the future milestones that ALL members will enjoy.
What‘s essential is demonstrable success in membership management, client relations or account management, where results have been crucial. You’ll have good working knowledge and experience using CRM systems and be confident with strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
If you are a self-starter with ambitious spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, exceed targets and consistently embrace our Everton values in what you do, then we would love to hear from you!
Being a part of this project will give you the chance to learn and develop new skills whilst working on something that is a once in a generation opportunity.
This position is on a fixed-term contract basis up until September 2025, although we expect this role will develop as our team expands and we develop the full scope of opportunities our new home brings us.
