Founded in 1882 and based in North London, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has a tradition of playing an entertaining and attacking style of football. The English Premier League Club reached the final of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in its history in the 2018/2019 season, having already secured qualification for Europe elite competition for a fourth year in a row.
The Club operates out of multiple sites, including a world class Training Centre in Enfield where all the First Team and the Academy training and coaching activities occur, and where the Medical department is based.
The Club is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join its Medical Team3 days per week. Shifts will be either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday. The successful applicant will join a leading and innovative medical team which strives to achieve optimal results in the areas of performance, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, while providing elite care for players.
This post will report into the Medical Practice Manager and provide weekend administrative assistance in a busy and fast-paced department which is focussed on the needs and requirements of the players from Academy level through to the First Team.

Provide key weekend administrative assistance supporting the medical team.
Manage the weekend whereabouts for players with FA and UEFA Anti-Doping.
Assist with keeping player medical files up to date with medical reports and results.
Assist with keeping staff files up to date with qualifications and certifications.
Supporting with ad-hoc kit requests for medical staff.
Provide support for Medical Department staff with any IT/radio issues.
Liaise with the facilities team for any maintenance issues.
Order and managing stationery supplies for the department.
Provide administrative support for staff using our medical database.
Manage the medical archiving system, ensuring that any necessary documents are sent to our external archiving site.
Provide support with medical appointment bookings.
Support the Club in achieving its overall objectives, including EDI
