Job Title: Marketing Executive (WG)
Hours: 35 hours per week

Support our Women’s and Girls marketing operations activities
In this role you will help to drive, retain and develop our audience and fan base in order to maximise fan engagement, the match day experience and achieve revenue and commercial opportunities. You will be required to work closely with the Marketing Executive’s on the creation of digital and email campaigns to drive commercial revenues and attendances.
 
On a matchday you will ensure all fans enjoy their visit to a WSL game. You will also introduce fan-based programmes and events to appeal to supporters of all ages and encourage their attendance at matches.
 
Your marketing background
You will have excellent knowledge and understanding of all aspects of marketing and communications including an understanding of databases and data activation. The football environment is constantly changing so it is essential that you have the ability to adapt quickly to new and unforeseen situations. You will also have excellent written communication skills.
